A Century of Celebrations
A Century of Community, Reimagined
Located at 403 Magnolia Street in the heart of historic New Smyrna Beach, The Magnolia is more than an event venue it's a piece of local history. Originally constructed in 1924 as the Woman's Club of New Smyrna, the building served as a gathering place for community events, cultural programs, celebrations, and civic engagement for more than a century.
In 1989, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places, recognizing its architectural significance and lasting impact on the community.
After years of serving generations of local families, the property underwent an extensive restoration and preservation effort. In 2024, the historic building was acquired with the commitment to preserve its character while creating a modern event destination for weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and community events.
Today, The Magnolia blends historic charm with contemporary amenities, allowing guests to celebrate life's most important moments in a venue that has been bringing people together for over 100 years.
